1. In the admin area, go to the catalog menu and select 'categories/products'.

2. To change the meta tags for a 'category', click the black and white meta tag icon located on the right hand side of the page, in line with the category name.

3. To change the meta tags for a 'product', click on the category that contains the product, then click the meta tag icon in line with the product name.
