Yes. You can make a backup of your entire website including the database and move it to a new host.
Your new host should be able to help you with moving your site.
We will not setup your ecommerce on a differnet web host initall. Our ecommerce websites will work fine on most web hosting servers, however you will need to move your site to your new server after it has been setup. You will continue receiving support and a copy of your website will remain on our server for 1 year. You can renew your web hosting and support for $99 per year.
