Most of the colours can be changed by editing the css stylesheet file. To edit the css file you need to login to cpanel and use the file manager, or you can use an ftp program. The main stylesheet is located at:

public_html/includes/templates/avant_template/css/stylesheet.css

Some of the colours are are rendered using image files. The template images folder is located at

public_html/includes/templates/avant_template/images
